Welcome Back Week
January 21-24

Coming back to school after a long break is always a challenge, but ASUN is here to make that transition a little easier. Take a look at the events below to see what we have planned. We hope to see you there!

  • Soup for Success – Wednesday, January 22
Heading back to the snow from warm destinations can be hard, but Olive Garden soup is a great way to warm back up! From 11 am-1 pm in the KC Breezeway soup will be served, and giveaway items such as pencils and scantrons will also be passed out while supplies last. You also have the chance to participate in an ASUN video where you can share your tips for other students on how to be successful in college.
  • Silent Snow Globe – Thursday, January 23
Head over to the KC Lawn from 6-8 pm to enjoy music and dancing at the silent disco! There will be three DJs who will each be playing three different genres of music so that everyone hears something they like. If that’s not enough, there will also be free hot chocolate while supplies last. Don’t miss out on this fun event!
  • Biggest Little Club Fair – Friday, January 24
Are you curious to know more about the clubs we have on campus or missed club fair in the fall? If so, now is the perfect opportunity to check out over 150 clubs we have at the University of Nevada! This is the perfect chance to meet new people and find potential clubs to join. Grab a friend and head over to the 4th floor of the Joe Crowley Student Union from 4-7 pm to get involved and enjoy some hot chocolate!
  • Rink at the Row – Friday, January 24
Finish off the first week of school with ice skating and hot chocolate at Rink at the Row, located at the corner of Sierra and 6th Street, from 7-10 pm. Campus Escort will be offering free rides from 6:30-10 pm. Pick up locations are Lawlor, Jot Travis, Wolf Pack Tower, and Rink at the Row. This is the last event of Welcome Back Week, so make sure to grab all your friends and check out these events to make the most of the spring semester! You must show your Wolf Card to enter.
