By focusing on accessibility, sustainability, and wellness, Camille is dedicated to creating a space where all students can succeed, both inside and outside the classroom.

Sustainability is essential to responsible scientific progress. Camille believes the College of Science can lead in environmental responsibility. She will push for sustainable lab practices, recycling and waste reduction, and eco-friendly campus initiatives. Camille also aims to highlight climate-focused projects led by College of Science professors and collaborate with outside organizations to educate students on their environmental impact. Additionally, Camille will strive to host donations at the end of the year in which students leaving the dorms can donate their items over throwing nearly new appliances.

Accessibility ensures that every student has the resources and support they need for success. Camille will advocate for affordable learning materials, inclusive facilities, and continued collaboration with the Disability Resource Center (DRC). Through initiatives like accessibility walks, Camille will work to ensure that all classrooms, labs, and study spaces are accessible to students with disabilities, fostering an inclusive environment where no one is left behind.

Wellness is a critical pillar of student success. Camille understands the impact unexpected challenges can have on academic performance. During the 92nd session, Camille voted to increase funding for Counseling Services, ensuring students have access to the mental health care they need without compromising their academic or personal well-being.
