Her passion for leadership and advocacy shines through in everything she does, from organizing impactful events to strengthening connections between students, faculty, and staff.

Her experience has prepared her to support the diverse needs of UNR students while creating opportunities for everyone to thrive.

Our Campaign: Your Voice. Your Vision. Our Pack.

Together, Camryn and Joel are committed to making UNR a place where every student can thrive. Their platform is built on four core pillars:

Prosperity – Advocating against tuition and fee increases, expanding transportation options like a “Day at Tahoe” shuttle, and introducing more affordable dining solutions, including an on-campus grocery store and the expansion of Pack Provisions.

Advancement – Expanding course offerings at the Lake Tahoe campus, creating local internships through business partnerships, and enhancing career readiness programs.

Community – Revitalizing campus life by restoring beloved traditions like the Welcome Week concert, fostering student engagement with new events, and strengthening clubs and organizations.

Knowledge – Increasing academic support services, expanding class availability, and offering resources like financial literacy workshops, career mentorship programs, and improved access to mental health support.

Shared Priorities

Camryn and Joel are dedicated to making education more affordable, increasing transparency, and expanding support for students facing food insecurity. They also aim to fully integrate the Lake Tahoe campus into the broader UNR experience, ensuring it becomes a hub for both academics and recreation.

Their leadership, experience, and commitment reflect a shared vision: a university where every member of the Wolf Pack feels empowered and supported.
