The University of Nevada is proud to announce the revival of the Homecoming Parade! Students, alumni, families, and community members are all welcome to join us in celebrating this spirited tradition.

Event Details:

• • ‣Date: Sunday, October 19
  • ‣Time: March begins at 5:00 pm
  • ‣Location: In front of the Joe Crowley Student Union

Theme:

“Where the Wolf Pack Meets the Wild West”

If you would like, dress up in your best boots and cowboy hats!

Where to Park?

• • ‣Recommended Parking: West Stadium Parking Garage
  • ‣Parking is not enforced on Sundays, but please avoid zones marked “Enforced 24/7,” the 5th floor of Whalen Parking Garage, and the Tan Lot (reserved for parade staging).
  • ‣Please remove vehicles from University parking lots by the end of October 19 to avoid any costly tickets.

What to Expect from the Parade

The parade will showcase the colorful life and culture of the Wolf Pack. Participants include student clubs, alumni, Athletics, and more. It’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity for the University to show off its spirit and pride to the Reno community.

What Follows the Parade

Stay after the march for special remarks from key members of the Wolf Pack community. These speeches will bring energy, reflection, and excitement—highlighting the pride, tradition, and future of the University of Nevada.

Then, enjoy an evening of food trucks, games, and activities designed for everyone—students, alumni, families, and future members of the Pack.
