Bio and Platform: Henry Owens is currently a Sophomore majoring in Public Health on the pre-nursing track. By representing the School of Public Health as an ASUN Senator, he is committed to improving community wellness and student advocacy.

Henry's platform focuses on three primary pillars: accessibility, mental health advocacy, and professional development. He aims to bridge the gap between the administration and students by making sure School of Public Health resources are transparent and easily accessed. Recognizing the rigorous nature of health sciences, Henry intends to advocate for the expansion of peer-support networks and mental health initiatives tailored to student managing high-stress clinical tracks.

Furthermore, Henry is dedicated to fostering professional growth within the School of Public Health. He proposes implementation of more frequent networking events with local healthcare providers and public health officials to help students secure internships and post-graduation opportunities. By prioritizing communication and proactive leadership, Henry aims to ensure that every student with the School of Public Health feels empowered and heard.
