By participating in the University of Nevada, Reno (hereinafter “the University” or “UNR”) ASUN elections process, candidates agree to release and not hold the University, the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Board of Regents, or ASUN accountable for any claims of copyright infringement or damages arising from the use of their likeness or voice recording. Candidates also agree to not make any monetary claim against the University or ASUN. If elected, candidates acknowledge and agree to attend the mandatory training sessions on April 4th between 10:00am and 4:00pm, as well as the ASUN Summer 2026 Retreat on June 5-7. Failure to attend both mandatory training sessions and ASUN Summer 2026 Retreat will result in automatic resignation by the individual. I acknowledge compensation is pending NSHE system approval.
