ASUN Welcome Pack Concert
Get ready, Wolf Pack! ASUN is excited to welcome students back to the University of Nevada, Reno with an unforgettable night of music, entertainment, and school spirit.
The ASUN Welcome Pack Concert will be held at Lawlor Events Center during Welcome Week. This event is an opportunity for students to come together, meet new people, celebrate the beginning of the new academic year, and enjoy a night of live entertainment right here on campus.
Whether you are coming with your roommates, your friends, your student organization, or by yourself, we want you to be part of the celebration.
EVENT INFORMATION
The ASUN Welcome Pack Concert will take place on August 28, 2026, at Lawlor Events Center. Doors will open before the performance begins @5:30pm, allowing attendees time to arrive, go through security, find their seats or designated event area, and get ready for the show.
Tickets will be available for $20 in advance and $25 on the day of the event, while supplies last.
Because this event is expected to bring together a large number of students and members of the Wolf Pack community, we encourage everyone to purchase their tickets early and arrive at the venue with plenty of time before the concert begins.
EVENT ACCESS AND SEATING
YOU MUST BRING A VALID NSHE ISSUED ID TO ENTER.
The first 1,200 students to check in at the concert will receive access to the floor area inside Lawlor Events Center.
Once the first 1,200 floor spots have been filled, all additional students will be directed to seating areas surrounding the stage.
The remaining student body will be seated throughout the lower and upper bowl sections of Lawlor Events Center. Seating in these areas will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be managed by event staff and venue personnel.
If you want to be on the floor, we strongly recommend arriving early and checking in as soon as doors open. Checking in early does not guarantee floor access until your check-in has been completed, and floor capacity is limited to the first 1,200 students.
Once the floor reaches its 1,200-person capacity, additional attendees will be directed to the designated seating areas for the remainder of the concert.
All attendees are expected to follow the directions of ASUN staff, Lawlor Events Center staff, security personnel, and event volunteers throughout the check-in and seating process.
Floor access is limited to the first 1,200 students who successfully check in.
