Bio and Platform: Ethan Lawler is from Hilmar CA and is majoring in political science & secondary education. Coming from a small town, Ethan understands the value and importance of community here at the University of Nevada, Reno. Serving as a legislative Intern during the 91st session of the associated students, Ethan also understands what it takes to be a senator here at the University of Nevada, Reno. If elected as the senator for the college of education & human development, Ethan plans on implementing legislation regarding the ASUN budget, as every cent of the $6.10 per credit fee counts. He is also interested in implementing legislation on representation from the UNR Lake Tahoe campus, as Ethan recognizes that every student voice counts. Ethan is also interested in advocating for students in the PackTeach, NevadaTeach, and Path2Independence programs, as he is interested and ready to advocate for students from the college of education & human development during the 92nd session.
