Bio and Platform: Vincent Guiliano is a freshman at the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in political science and running for a seat in the Associated Students of the University of Nevada Senate representing the College of Liberal Arts. He is driven by the belief that student government should be accessible, transparent, and responsive to student needs. Vincent views the Senate as a forum where careful discussion and practical action can lead to meaningful improvements for the campus community.

Vincent currently serves as an intern for the legislative branch of ASUN, where he assists with researching issues, drafting legislation, and learning the formal processes that guide student governance. This experience has given him firsthand insight into how policy is developed and how collaboration within the Senate can translate student concerns into concrete outcomes. It has strengthened his commitment to effective, well informed representation.

As a liberal arts student, Vincent values critical thinking, open dialogue, and respect for diverse perspectives. His academic focus has reinforced the importance of civic engagement and ethical leadership. He believes strong representation requires listening carefully, communicating clearly, and approaching problems with both principle and pragmatism.
